Nancy French Broker Associate A Manhattan native and former Garment District showroom model, Nancy French has been a 'model' Real Estate agent for nearly 39 years. Her New York City street smarts, coupled with an uncanny knack for matchmaking people with homes, have earned her many accolades including the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award. While Nancy works with buyers and sellers throughout Ocean County, her specialty is waterfront properties, particularly along the Toms River and Barnegat Bay. Clients know Nancy for her accessibility, business savvy and colorful personality and are quick to refer her to friends and family members. Former clients often return to Nancy the next time they are ready to buy or sell a home. Nancy loves working with people at any phase of the process whether they are first-time buyers, move-up buyers, scale-down buyers or luxury-home buyers. Prior to entering the Real Estate business in 1975, Nancy attended Albright College in Reading, PA, worked in New York's Garment District, and trained to become a designer - even rubbing elbows with fashion-designer icons Guy Laroche and Hubert de Givenchy. Nancy lives in Toms River and has three daughters including a pair of twins, a granddaughter, Sierra, and a grandson, Oliver.
