Julie Mandt

Julie was born and raised in Minnesota where she graduated from Moorhead State University. In 1978 she headed west to have fun and ski. Her plans to stay for a couple of years went by the wayside when she fell in love with Aspen. Prior to her real estate career, Julie played an integral part in bringing large ski groups and conference attendees to the valley. 'The minute I began selling real estate 27 years ago and finding people their dream properties, I knew I was never leaving.' Her specialty is luxury homes and transactions involving development, where she proves to be one of the best in the business. When Julie is not involved in real estate, she's active working with children, local charities, church and national non-profit organizations. Her other interests include skiing, hiking, water skiing and. Julie's first love is her daughter Sophia who is 11 years old.
