Leslie Cutajar

Leslie Tanner Cutajar, originally from the small town of Thomaston, GA moved to Amelia Island in 1999. Leslie attended and graduated from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Advertising. She was actively involved in Alpha Delta Pi sorority. After graduation, she moved to Atlanta. After a few years, the longing to be back in a small-town beckoned. With a love for the beach and an even greater desire for community, Amelia Island was the perfect fit.

From an early age, Leslie had a love for design and architecture. So much so, as a child she would spend hours drawing homes on graph paper and placing furniture in each room. Seeing the growth and development happening in and around Amelia Island triggered that childhood desire of being involved in real estate, thus leading Leslie to obtaining her license. Leslie first sold large parcels of land outside of Nassau County. Walking the land and planning the perfect homesite suited Leslie well. When the development was complete, Leslie focused on island sales while working in property management. Leslie also owned and was the lead instructor in her own spin studio for 8 years. Sol Pedal proved to be a huge success in bringing the community together in an active, fun environment.

Leslie is most proud of her two wonderful children. Annie and Hampton were both born in Fernandina and attend the public high school. Annie, a senior, is the swim captain and plans to follow in her mom’s footsteps and attend UGA. Hampton, a sophomore, is one of the key players on the offensive line and maintains a 4.35 grade point average. Leslie enjoys teaching spin classes, running, travel, wine and strolling the shoreline for shark’s teeth.
