Cody Lanier

Cody Lanier was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee where her mother sold residential real estate. Even as a child, Cody had a fascination with real estate and would spend hours looking over her mother's MLS book. After high school she moved to Atlanta, Georgia to attend Emory University in 1986. She graduated with a degree in Finance and joined Andersen Consulting. In 1999, she moved to Amelia Island with her husband and young daughter to open an import business. Because of a passion for life on Amelia Island and a longtime love of real estate, she decided to obtain a Florida Real Estate license so that she could help others find the perfect home on the island she had grown to love so much! Cody has consistently been a top producer on Amelia Island for almost a decade. She is dedicated to helping her clients find the home that perfectly fits their needs, She finds that often her clients buy a vacation home on Amelia Island and love the lifestyle so much they end up making Amelia their full time residence. When she is not working, Cody loves being outdoors and enjoys all the fruits that living on Amelia offers including running, tennis, and walking on the beach.
