“Making a difference in someone’s life is the most gratifying advantage in real estate,” says Mary Pane. Her goal has always been to put the client first, getting the best home and negotiating for the best price and terms. Mary stays in contact with her clients from the acceptance of the offer through the closing of the escrow. She is always in close contact and never more than a call, email, or text away. With over 30 years of experience in real estate, she is able to negotiate with knowledge and experience. Mary believes it is important to have good working relationships with fellow agents and prides herself in maintaining constant communication and keeping relationships intact. She has worked with everything and everyone from first time home/condo buyers to new home and condominium developers. “I can honestly say that over the years my clients are what keeps me going to achieve the highest level of success in service and gratitude,” says Mary. She believes in ongoing education as an important part of her real estate business and stays on top of all innovative technology.
Knowing the market and what her clients want to achieve is paramount not only for the client but for everyone involved in the transaction. Harmony is the key in any transaction, and Mary has the ability to work with buyers, sellers, lenders, and escrow. She is always available after the close of escrow as questions will certainly arise. She enjoys having the same clients year after year as they move to their next home. “People will own 4-5 homes, or more in their lifetime. Referrals and repeat family buyers and sellers are a huge part of my business and a major part of my success!”
Mary was brought up in a family involved in all facets of residential and commercial real estate. Her father was a well-known builder and broker of luxury homes and commercial properties in the Valley and Westside. This exposed her to the industry at a very young age.
Mary loves to hike the Fryman Canyon area of studio city or walk on the beach for tranquility. Prior to real estate, she was a calligrapher and co-authored a cookbook entitled The Four Seasons Cookbook.
