As a Lifetime Member of the New Jersey Distinguished Sales Club, Susan Hughes has been serving New Jersey and Pennsylvania as a licensed real estate Broker for well over 20 years, but you could say she’s been immersed in the business her whole life. Susan learned the ropes as the daughter of a Real Estate Broker of 40+ years, and has never stopped building upon that foundation. However, it’s the relationships and the real-life situations that really deepen her insight about how to smoothly and seamlessly help her clients get from where they are to where they want to be.

She will help you negotiate the best contract and will manage the transaction to ensure the contract closes on time. To Susan, there’s no more exhilarating feeling than passing keys from a satisfied seller to an excited buyer.

A lifelong resident of the Princeton area, Susan is a lifer at Stuart Country Day School of the Sacred Heart. She raised her children in nearby Hopewell Township, both graduates of Hopewell Valley Central High School. A proud Mom to alumni of The Pennsylvania State University, University of Pennsylvania and Northeastern University. Often, before sunrise, Susan is energized by a challenging workout. Pickleball also keeps Susan moving and meeting new people. When it’s time to slow down, you’ll find Susan on a beach with her family, her toes in the sand, and a book nearby.
