Loic Pritchett

Loic Pritchett, a native Washingtonian and realtor at TTR Sotheby's International Realty has consistently been ranked in the top 1% of realtors nationwide. An accomplished professional, he is respected for the unparalleled level of commitment and discretion he provides. He is every client's advocate, always remaining patient until the right house is found or knowing how to maximize the equity that a seller has in their home. He creates a personalized service approach, and clients value his extensive knowledge of the DC area's market. Loic has built a strong base of clients who continue to refer him business because of his reputation for putting his clients' best interest in mind. His goal is to create 'customers for life'. Loic attended the College of Wooster in Ohio. After graduation, Loic started his career in France working for a television production company focused on sporting events. In 2003 he worked as an editor of public policy at the National Press building. Loic is a founding member of 'Just Cause' - an active philanthropy group established in 2009. To date they have raised substantial funds for non-profits which benefit the local community. His other philanthropic interests include Martha's Table and local charities. In his spare time he enjoys traveling abroad, film and the great outdoors. Loic has resided in Friendship Heights, Shaw, U Street and currently lives in Mount Pleasant.
