Cherie Hartman

Cherie has been part of local real estate in South Orange County for over 4 decades. She received the designation of the top 1% of Coldwell Banker sales associates and was an integral part in establishing the luxury division of the company. During this time, she was featured in the Los Angeles Times as one of the “Top Guns” in real estate for Orange County. Gaining invaluable experience through these years, she decided to go into management, with the hope of motivating the agents and bringing them to the next level. After several years of managing large offices from San Clemente to Newport Beach, she took a short career break, she returned to using her proven skills in negotiating real estate contracts and in turn became an award-winning agent again. As an owner and breeder of champion show jumpers, her passion for the equestrian lifestyle also qualifies her to well represent ranches in Southern California. Having the privilege of residing in San Clemente, she enjoys time with her family, gardening and living on the beach. Cherie partners with her son, Nick and together with their individual areas of expertise, offer both experience and knowledge to provide superior service to their clients.
