Conrad Costanzo

Conrad J. Costanzo was a Merrill Lynch wealth advisor for 33 years where his clients’ interests came first. He proudly applies this principle in servicing his clients and customers today. Having lived on the ocean in Montauk for over twenty years, Conrad has developed an invaluable passion for oceanfront living that is easily conveyed to prospective buyers. While most brokers work with many listings on a part-time basis, Conrad takes pride in working only two or three listings at time on a full-time basis. Conrad is a consultant to his two children who own four Kai-Kai Sandal stores in Montauk, Key West and Block Island, where they also own the Inn at Old Harbor. He is a member of East Hampton Rotary Club, the Montauk Lake Club, and president of the Surfside Estates Association. Conrad’s most important part of his day is running the ocean beach for forty minutes. He completed six New York City marathons with a personal record of 3 hours, 30 minutes. He has been married to his wife Bernadette for 47 years.
