Susan Crasnick often feels she is living the dream. Susan has spent the majority of her adult career working in an area that she has a great passion for. She was initiated as a youth into the world of real estate while working in her father’s Framingham, Massachusetts real estate office. For the past two decades Susan has continued working in real estate, ultimately relocating from the Metro-West area to Cape Cod. This move coincided with the second part of Susan’s dream, which is living on Cape Cod in the warmer months and then enjoying the warmth and sunshine of Southwest Florida during the heart of winter. Susan is happy to share what she and her family have learned through their own personal experiences with anyone feeling that a residence on Cape Cod, Southwest Florida, or the Boston Metro-West area is the solution.
Susan’s affinity for Cape Cod began when she spent summers with extended family vacationing in Falmouth, Dennis, and Centerville. Years later, Susan settled in Osterville with her own family. Some favorite past-times include taking walks with her grandchild through Osterville Village, relaxing at the beach, biking, reading, and golfing. In 2017 Susan and her husband decided to escape the New England winters and purchased a home in a golf resort in Naples, Florida. This enabled them to enjoy their favorite activities on a year-round basis while continuing to focus on real estate.
Susan credits her great success to working collaboratively with other agents, and she genuinely enjoys supporting colleagues within the field. Susan built a successful business in the Metro-West area and engaged with a terrific network of agents. Susan is honored to align with the Sotheby’s International Realty team in both the Osterville and Falmouth offices. Having completed the highly esteemed Ninja Selling Program, Susan applies high standards of excellence to every interaction with colleagues and clients.
Susan is a graduate of Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island. Since joining the real estate industry, Susan has expanded her knowledge by earning several real estate designations including Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Negotiation Specialist, Certified Home Marketing Specialist, Accredited Staging Professional, Certified Relocation Specialist, and Previews Specialist. Other professional affiliations include the Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors, Multiple Listing Service, and Massachusetts Association of Realtors. Susan’s charitable endeavors include extensive work with Habitat for Humanity, Barnstable Senior Center, and volunteer work for Mass Society for Prevention of Cruelty to animals.
