Pam Chmielinski, a seasoned broker, began her real estate career on Cape Cod in 1995. Having owned several retail shops in Boston and on the Cape, she brings experience in retail and marketing to her profession. Pam has lived in both Mid Cape and Upper Cape, giving her extensive knowledge of what the different towns have to offer. Specializing in residential sales, Pam has a deep understanding of the real estate market and resources that allow her to represent both sellers and buyers looking to resize or seeking a lifestyle change. A Certified Senior Specialist, Pam has worked tirelessly with seniors and their families, walking them through the process of transitioning from independent living into a more secure and safe environment.

Pam is active in her community and volunteers with organizations including Bourne Community Events, St. Barnabas Church, Bourne Historical Society, Valley Farm Community Garden, and has been a church soloist for over 30 years. She also is known as The Cape Cod Rock Wrapper, producing art pieces in several museums and galleries in Falmouth, Bourne, and Dennis, MA.
