Frank Abatemarco

Frank Abatemarco, a longtime Montecito resident has been successfully selling high end Montecito and Santa Barbara properties for almost two decades.

Frank’s previous experience as a Los Angeles Producer blends seamlessly with his emphasis on creative marketing and personal client service that goes far beyond expectation. His strong negotiating skills are a valuable benefit to both buyers and sellers.

Frank believes his mission is to provide added value for every transaction and he takes pride in the trust his clients place in him for confidentiality and integrity. Having a long-term successful relationship with every buyer and seller he works with is paramount to his success.

Giving back to the community is of great importance to Frank and he has been a longtime trustee for the Santa Barbara Foodbank where he is a board chair emeritus. He has also served on the board for the Montecito Association, and he is a Fish and Wildlife Commissioner for the County of Santa Barbara.

He is married to Toni Abatemarco, and they have two grown children. When not practicing real estate, Frank enjoys surf fishing at Montauk Point in New York.
