Brian Sprock

With over 15 years of being a full-time Realtor, Brian has acquired a remarkably large number of loyal clients, many of whom have become friends. Impressed by his integrity, understanding of markets, negotiating skills, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile, Brian's clients have continually referred him to friends and family to the point where he is now one of the highest performing associates at Sotheby's International Realty.

Brian has represented clients in several hundred transactions involving the sale or purchase of residential property, commercial real estate, and land in markets including the San Gabriel Valley, Los Angeles, Orange County and Ventura County. He knows from experience that every deal is uniquely different and dependent on a number of variable factors, and that success in helping clients achieve their goals comes from careful preparation. Indeed a common theme running through a lot of client feedback is high praise for his ability to think ahead and cover all the bases.

When Brian takes on a client, a strategic plan is developed and put into action. If improvements need to be made to a property prior to its sale, he has a long list of proven contractors to perform the work. Throughout the process, from the first meeting to a successful sale or purchase, Brian has gained a well-deserved reputation for being extraordinarily responsive and attentive to his clients, and for making the whole experience as smooth as possible.

Brian was born in Pasadena and spent his formative years in La Cañada Flintridge. He lives in Altadena with his wife, Patti, an award-winning teacher at South Pasadena Middle School, and their wonderful little boy, Alexander.
