Julie B. Hascoe

Julie B. Hascoe joined Sotheby's International Realty as an Associate Broker in 2002. Before real estate, she had a successful career in corporate law specializing in securities and lending at a prestigious New York law firm and then as in-house counsel for a major international corporation. Julie possesses strong analytical and organizational abilities, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. She works closely with legal and financial professionals to merge all of the business, legal and financial elements of a transaction.

Julie holds a law degree from NYU School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree from Cornell University. She grew up in Manhattan on the Upper East Side, went to high school on the Upper West Side and lived and went to law school in Greenwich Village. Julie currently resides on the East Side with her three children.

Working independently and collaboratively along many of the most successful senior brokers at Sotheby’s International Realty, Julie has developed a reputation for doggedly pursuing a transaction for her customers. Alongside her colleague and long-time business partner, Leila C. Stone, Julie successfully completed purchases and sales for their customers in many of the most prestigious buildings in Manhattan. Leila and Julie's style of brokerage is refined, knowledgeable and discrete. It is in this style and with the benefit of Leila’s extensive expertise that Julie continues to work with her customers in the Leila Stone tradition of excellence.
